A second scoop.

A second scoop.

Good evening! It’s FR!DAY! When I arrived home for lunch I went straight to the freezer. Luckily my son left me some Blue Bell Tin Roof, but it was only a scoop! I’m afraid I created another ice cream-holic. The Tin Roof went well with some cherries in my Jack Daniels glass…hehe let’s pretend it’s an Old Fashioned for happy hour. I am still blogging around gaining some blogging knowledge but in the meantime, I also decided to stop by a local ice cream shop for a second scoop.

Tipsy Cow Ice Cream is a locally, family owned business in New Braunfels, Texas. This business makes homemade kid friendly ice cream in addition to alcohol infused flavors for adults as well as diary free options. They carry over 80 flavors in rotation and they are udderly delicious. They also create new flavors throughout the seasons, holidays, special occasions and they cater! With all this said they also have ice cream sliders for the children and adults who want to indulge in multiple flavors.

The shop was terribly busy, so photography was not on my side. I have stopped by a handful of times and I tend to get the Crown Vanilla Bourbon and Brown Sugar. I completely udderly recommend it! After my purchase I realized the menu changed and I noticed a Dirty Banana! A what?! I may have to go back for that soon. This was a nice addition to my evening.
